The World Health Organization celebrates April 7 as Health Day. Depression as a very important aspect of health was brought to the notice of all. Depression is a mental illness in which a person always feels sad and depressed and loses interest in daily activities as well as pleasant things. With regular exercise we can avoid depression.

Let despair overwhelm the mind that man consumes. If you make it a habit to live in a dream, you will be disappointed. The willpower to cope with adversity disappears and life is ruined. The children are excited and happy. Flowers like them continue to give beauty and fragrance to the sky no matter how adverse the situation is. That is why children and flowers are considered to be the best remedy for depression.

In fact, it is a sign that you have become more self-centered than you need to be. We limit our personality to our body and do not even notice that others are just as miserable as we are. To avoid depression, wiping away another’s tears is a great remedy for depression. That’s why relatives, children and friends are very useful.

If someone is suffering from depression, it is a sign that he is crying. The way he looks at it is dangerous to public health. If you can communicate with others, the turban of depression does not stay on your mind and if you do, it starts to decrease with that communication. But this is possible only if we listen to others with empathy. It is a great honor for you to want someone to open your mind.

Depression is a disorder that is affecting more and more people in the first half of life. We have to exercise self-respect and peace of mind to take care of our loved ones. Our friends often have no experience of how to deal with a man in such a situation.
